Description
- [ ] The Names team has asked us to re-enable the NR Duplicates Report.
- [ ] We need to dig up the specs, review the code and make any necessary changes to move this report to GCP.
- [ ] Additionally, the team has asked us to focus the report on draft NRs.
- Report contains NR's that have the same name AND are in DRAFT state.
- Include NR"s created in the past 7 days.
- Report to be ordered by NR Name.
- Run the report every Friday morning at 5 AM.
- Distribute to established distribution list - Dave, Omid, Mihai, Jeff, Joshua
