Remove Hotjar from business filings ui, business create ui and business edit ui

Hotjar will be decommissioned. Right now business filings ui, business create ui and business edit ui all initialize when an ID is provided, but can run normally without it.

Code cleanup should take place to remove reference to hotjar in Entities UI's.

_For refinement - comment was made that we need to remove the ability to provide feedback. Is this just removing reference from a code or is this somewhere else?_

Search the business filings, business create, and business edit UI entry points for Hotjar references and the initialization path that accepts an ID. Clarify whether feedback functionality is also in scope, then verify the three UIs work normally without an ID and no Hotjar references remain.
