Begin preliminary change impact assessment for phasing out of online banking

Request from Trish:
complete an assessment for phasing out of online banking to determine change impacts. Identify which organizations will have issues moving away from this payment method.
do not need to commit to any timing/dates for removing this. This is more of an exercise to let them know it's coming later and if there are issues to let us know.

Tasks:
[ ] Get report from BCROS of count of online banking transactions per month in the Business Registry (all filing types) for the past year

[ ] Document email communications to assess impacts of change to other Ministries. Ask for response by end Jun

[x ] Find contact for BC Housing / STRR to send email with data report of count of online banking transactions

[x] Send Site Registry contacts email about online banking payment removal change evaluation - 0 transactions with online banking in the past year
