UI - Allow edit of Resulting Business Name and Type for regular amalgamation

- change label and icon from 'undo' to edit
- when edit is selected allow selection of other entity type from dropdown list (options for resulting type shown in comment in design)
- assumption that you can change type without backend changes. Verify as part of this ticket and if backend work is needed we can create that as a separate ticket.
