Description
**USER STORY**
* As a user who already belongs to a BC Registries account
* I want to be able to enter contact information for that account
* so that I don't have to use the same contact information for each account I belong to
**ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA**
* GIVEN I belong to an existing BC Registries Account
* WHEN I am invited to an additional account
* AND I have clicked on the link in my invitation email
* THEN I should see a form where I can enter my contact information for that account
