Description

Placeholder so that we don't lose sight of this need....

Scenario:
There are a large number of corps in COLIN that were already historical when migrated from the mainframe. These corps have minimal data associated with them in COLIN, typically no filing histories and just "stub" addresses:

Restorations of these category of corps do happen occasionally, but it is rare.

For **Full Restorations** the filing will ensure that all office addresses are updated. Companies will still be lacking directors, but citizens will be able to perform a Director Change filing after restoration.

For **Limited Restoration** this is a little more challenging (_if that should ever occur..._). Corps undergoing limited restoration MUST be restored exactly as per the state they were in when dissolved. This may mean amending the validation in the system to allow the filing to proceed with just these stub addresses in place.

The business scenario here may involve retrieval of paper records from archival storage, some data entry may be required to align pre-migration data in COLIN/modern to align with the paper records - further analysis/discussions with business will be required.
