Verify - De-couple company addresses validation from company Annual Report

- [ ] Some migrated companies have addresses data that breaks Annual Report filing validation.
- [ ] This in turn will break the ability to file due Annual Reports.
- [ ] Every company needs to file an Annual Report every year.
- [ ] For many companies, the Annual Report is the only filing submitted in one year.
- [ ] Removing any blockers from the Annual Report filing will ensure for less pressure on Ops Support.

**To Do List:**

- Remove directors and addresses for BC Companies from the schema for the Annual Report filing
- Remove directors and addresses for BC Companies from the payload for the UI
- Remove any Back End validation for Addresses from the Annual Report filing.
- Applies to the 8 BC company types.
- Excludes the Cooperatives.
