Entities Sandbox Data Support

As API users onboard we will experience requests for Sandbox data (such as the one here: https://discourse.onebc.ca/t/new-modernized-flag-in-search/634).

1) In order to ensure we can provide clients with data without having to consistently refresh the examples provided (due to the data being changed in filings, or by virtue of filings not completed etc) we could provide notebooks that setup a business of a particular type for our API users.

2) We could also provide a set of data for search only purposes that we continually reset to ensure they can always search and get a business that is:
- In Good Standing
- Not in Good Standing
- With 1 director
- With N directors
- (BA to identify other scenarios?)

Start by reviewing the API onboarding examples and the linked discussion about the modernized flag in search. Define the notebook scenarios and the search-only data states listed in the issue, then confirm which additional scenarios the BA requires. Done means the supported sandbox data can reliably demonstrate those cases without manual refreshes.
