Description
Evaluate and identify change impacts for
[ ] External clients - ALF, other API vendors, Lawfirms, any other impacted parties
[ ] Internal clients - BCROS support team, BCOL helpdesk, SBC IT Support team
Assess and document all technical changes including:
- API integration
- authentication
- billing/ transactional statements
Figure out communications and/or training needs for API vendors, API system users and internal helpdesks.
