UI Design - Updates to Continuation In name request emails

Full launch of continuation in is being considered. Previously designs were created by Jacqueline to guide users through which system to use. In this case, though, the user would go direct to modernized. Updated designs are needed for Continuation In name requests emails to ensure users are only directed to the modernized system.
