Description
Description of issue:
- [ ] Director appointment date might show one day later.
- [ ] In this case the Incorporation Date was March 12, but the Director shows appointed on March 13.
- [ ] Potentially caused by the handling of the UTC date format
To Do List:
- [ ] @argush3 confirmed that data was migrated correctly from COLIN.
- [ ] This could be caused either by front end UI, or backend API
- [ ] Determine what is causing it and remediate it.
Impact - Major, because is in Prod
- [ ] Any Director appointed less than 8 hours from midnight would show an appointing date which is one day later.
