Ledger Description and Output Change - Director Change: Legal Name and Address Change Only

### Background

**Corporate Online Ledger:**
Currently, in Corporate Online, when a user files a Notice of Change of Director to update only a legal name or a director’s address (with no associated filing fee), the ledger description appears as “Notice of Change of Directors – Address Change or Name Correction Only.” However, on the company dashboard in the BC Business Registry, the same filing is shown with the ledger description “Director Change.”

**Corporate Online Output**
In Corporate Online, the Notice of Change of Directors - Address Change or Director Name Correction Only output shows “Director(s) Change of Name or Address" and the director that was changed.

### Requested Change

**Ledger Description:**
When a user files a director change only to update a director’s legal name and/or address, update the ledger description to: “Director Change – Address or Legal Name Change”

**Outputs:**
For director legal name or address change only filings, update the output heading to state "Director(s) Change of Name or Address” and only list the director that was changed . Remove the heading "All Directors as of April 28, 2026"(example below - highlighted) and any other active director. **Note:** All active directors at the time of the change should be listed on the Notice of Articles not the Director change output (where a legal name or address is changed).

**This only applies to director filings where the change is limited to legal name and/or address. No changes should be made to ledger descriptions or outputs for filings that appoint or cease directors.**
