**Describe the bug in current situation**
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Currently by integration with DRS, some documents are not getting updated.

**Link bug to the User Story**
For registration filings, BN can assigned by CRA after the filing completed in some cases, and document of registration is first generated. The BN reflects in the table and receipt , however registration pdf can still show Not Available for Business Number.

**Steps to Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to business in ITOPS-271803
2. Go to manage this business
3. Scroll down to history >> documents
4. Download the registration application document
5. See the BN not populated in the document however BN exists in Table and in business summary

**Actual/ observed behavior/ results**
Reports/ Documents picks up updated information

If pdf/report/document already exists we are not re-generating this but providing the same initial document which was generated at the first time.
