UI: Delay of Dissolution stage indicators needed

### Problem Statement
Dissolution Stage indicators are not displayed on the UI. Staff reported that this creates ambiguity for interpretation and case handling.

Dissolution stage indicators exist in Colin. Staff can see and edit these steps if needed. See below for dissolution states captured in Colin

### Expected Outcome

- Staff understand the current dissolution stage at a glance.
- Dates clearly align with and reflect the correct dissolution stage logic.
- UX patterns support accurate interpretation without additional training.
