User testing shows that after migration, business owners expect a **single, clear place**
to see and manage their business information. Participants compared the experience to
modern digital services and expected information to be easy to find without navigating
between multiple views.
What worked well in the first iteration:
- Participants described the new interface as cleaner and more modern
- Dashboard‑style views increased confidence
- Goodwill toward the new system was strong once users oriented themselves
Notes from the **Service Designer** emphasize that fragmented views create ongoing friction,
and that a centralized dashboard is key to long‑term satisfaction.
Caveat - testers were not using their own business so the challenges relating to recognition of what the dashboard was may have contributed to the testing results.
---
### Outcome
Users can easily see, understand, and manage their business information over time.
