UI Design: Bulk operations for transferring businesses between accounts and service providers(API client)

Ideas for the bulk transfer user flow

1. User navigates to 'My Business List'.
2. Locates the 'Transfer Business Access' action button.
3. A selection flow is initiated, allowing the user to choose individual businesses or select all.
4. User enters the receiver's email address. The system validates that the email is associated with an existing Registry account.
5. The receiver gets an email containing the list of businesses to be transferred and instructions on how to proceed.
6. All account administrators receive an email notification about the pending transfer.
7. The receiver clicks the link in the email. Only the account whose login matches the account email address is permitted to proceed.
8. The receiver logs in to the Registry using their BCSC/BCeID
9. The receiver is presented with a screen to accept or reject the transfer.
10. Regardless of the receiver's decision, the initiator receives an email notification of the outcome.
11. If accepted, the selected businesses will be added to the receiver's account after 12AM next day.
12. If rejected, the businesses remain in the initiator's account and no changes are made.
13. The initiator's business access is removed at 12:00 AM the following day; during this time, the initiator may cancel the transfer before it takes effect.
