UI Design - Proposed Company Change Approach

A number of filings are being added in menus on the Entities Dashboard. This reduces tech debt (because that page is upgraded) but creates a challenging UX scenario. The list is unweildy and a user must understand the filing they wish to complete. Design would like to assess launching more filings from the 'View and Change' page which allows a user to see a data element and specify they need to change it. This identifies the right filing and makes it more intuitive for a general user.

Review required: How can this be done without enhancing tech debt? Right now Change and View company information is in Vue 2 and prior estimates noted approximately 2 months of work for upgrade.
