UI Design - Review Annual Report Dates (EA feedback)

Early adopters have noted when filing annual reports the action stating to file the AR does not appear until the anniversary date. At that time you are given a 'due date' but the due date isn't logicial. It seems to be the current date. COLIN suggested that since the anniversary date has passed when the component is launched it might make more sense to include the date a company comes out of good standing.

Review is needed to understand why the date displays as is does, and whether it's appropriate to leave as is, or change this.

**Requirement:** Due date for AR filing is within two months of its anniversary date of incorporation.
**Eg**

For the same Corp:

No source files or tests are named. Reproduce annual report filing for the same corporation shown in the examples and trace where the displayed due date comes from. Done means determining whether the current date is correct and, if not, ensuring the filing due date is within two months of the incorporation anniversary.
