OCM Pay - Compile BCOL Drawdown Acct Retirement Feedback

Compile some of the feedback we have received in the past regarding the BCOL deposit (drawdown) account retirement.

Need to understand what reasons people have put forward to explain why they can't move away from the BCOL deposit account as a payment method (in the new system).
For example, they would have to still keep their BCOL account for the functions that aren't modernized.
