Remove entity.name because it's outdated (for all) or incorrect for SP/GP

Remove entity.name because it's outdated (NR) or incorrect for SP/GP

Also this needs to be cleaned up and thought about:

it comes back with entity.name which can be wrong.. also doesn't support pagination

Someone needs to try this route with a bigger org with many affiliations, make sure it's ok because the response can be large. Pagination would resolve this
