Auth Web: Admin Dashboard enhancements

Here is a list of the enhancements that the Ops and Dev ops teams would like on the admin dash https://www.account.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/admin/dashboard.

1. Now that the API endpoint has been implemented. It would be nice to be able to perform BN moves via the UI. So having a BN move section where if a FM has a BN and you need to change it, you enter the new BN and it sends the change message.

One small one for the Staff dashboard: https://www.account.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/staff/dashboard/active. We were hoping that when you’re on an Entities page, in the proprietor info it shows the clients account number of the proprietor or who its affiliated with.

(Also, if a rule could be put in where if legal name = Operating name it doesn’t let the client submit)

I know this is a lot, but this all would greatly lessen the time it takes for investigations and fixes.
