UAT - Amalgamation - People Without Roles....

It is possible to add a Completing Party then add a second Completing Party which replaces the 1st CP but does not remove it, leaving the filing in an error state and unable to submit, but with no clear error message or information to the user as to how to resolve this situation.

**Impact**: The user (staff) cannot complete the filing

**Steps to reproduce:**

- Add a completing party (1 role only)

- Add different CP

- Add a Director to keep it happy

- Unclear messaging on the Review & Confirm screen - what is the "unfinished" ?

- Return to People & Roles screen and still no information as to what the problem is:

**Fix required:**

Either, automatically delete the 1st person when they are replaced as Completing Party & revise warning box to inform user that will happen

Or, improve on-screen messaging to inform user what problem is and how to solve it
