BRD-Filtering by BC LTD + ULC works intermittently

The issue appears intermittently

Steps she follows:
1.Opens BRD -> loaded
2.Goes to the Type field and selects BC Limited and BC Unlimited Liability at the same time to filter out the rest
Note : there are no other steps taken, this is the exact route she uses when starts her session.

Result:
Sometimes it works perfectly fine while some other times BRD starts loading, but won't populate the list
Refresh fixes the issue and the list is getting populated.
