Description
In #31526, "Pending-Payment Completed" maintenance filings display in History list instead of To Do list. This was high priority work and didn't leave time for extra e2e tests.
In this ticket, add e2e tests to verify that:
- "Pending-Payment Completed" bootstrap filings display in To Do list (along with proper actions, etc)
- "Pending-Payment Completed" maintenance filings display in History list (along with proper actions, etc)
- e2e tests changed in https://github.com/bcgov/business-dashboard-ui/pull/240 still make sense
