Edit UI: Altering from a Numbered Benefit company to a Numbered Community Contribution company is throwing an error on the BE.

**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When a business tries to ALTER from a Benefit Company, which has 3 directors, to a CCC company:
1. then the BE is throwing an error saying Unexpected Legal Name where
2. whereas in the case of a Numbered Company, there is no need to change the business name by creating a new Name Request

**Impact of this bug**
All Numbered Businesses are trying to Alter to CCC

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/en-CA'
2. Search for BC1200253
3. Try Altering to CCC
4. Hit on File and Pay
5. See the error.
