Description
A request came from Finance that the totals section should show an summary of credits as follows:
- Opening Credit Balance
- Credit Received
- Credit Applied
- Closing Credit Balance

this ticket is only for sbc-pay data support only, template changes on UX not verified yet, will be on a separate ticket.
Assumption:
1. This ticket assumes that our back end supports the presentation of opening credit balance, credit history.
2. Credit history cannot be correctly fixed for all historical records, but will be tracked moving forward.
