From OPs ticket https://sbc-registries.atlassian.net/browse/ITOPS-214219
The current UI maximum length is 80. The API length for the location exception plan (location.exceptionPlan) is 150 characters. Increase the UI maximum length to match the API value.

Perhaps verify other UI lengths match the API at the same time?
