UI Design: Review and update address design across features

- Review all places in Entities where address is being displayed or managed
- Create a standard and decide which should come first (delivery or mailing)
> In general, mailing comes first. If there is a situation where delivery is required and mailing is not, then delivery would come first.

- Might want to consider character limit ticket 29311 as part of this since we will be inside that component when this is implemented
