Description
Observed in test after Argus migrated an ancient COLIN corp for me - BC0000159. After it was Put Back On I started receiving AR Reminders for prior years,
I've been unable to find requirements for the new system, but COLIN requirement doc for reminders states these reminders should only be sent for **Upcoming** Annual Reports:
