Adjust categories default BRD filter to hide non-relevant records

- [ ] Name Request states review.
- [ ] We have deviated from the NR states that would allow a Name Request to be affiliated to a dashboard.

**Scenario 1 - The NR was created while being logged in to an account**
- [ ] The BRD will show the NR transformation through various stages
- In Progress
- Approved
- Upon the moment the NR was used in a Draft, the NR is removed from the BRD as an entry on its own
- If the draft is deleted, the NR entry would show again in the BRD.
- If the NR expires before being used, show the status Expired.
- [ ] Exceptions for this scenario
- Do not show the status Consumed
- Do not show the status Cancelled

- [ ] NR's in the following states **can** be affiliated to another account's dashboard
- NR Draft
- In Progress
