Verify/update bcregistry services using search to use the v2 endpoint

Things to check:
- entity uis
- lear
- sbc-auth
- sbc-pay
- ppr
- strr

Expecting this to only effect entities code. Check the devops folders or configs for the business search url to verify projects integrated with the search

After updating monitor the logs in business search dev/test to ensure nothing is connecting to the v1 endpoint
