Clicking on Same as Registered Office for a Full Restoration filing without any change to actual address is being changed.

**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When the staff clicks on 'Same as Registered Office address' and 'Same as Records Office address' in a Full Restoration filing, the UI displays the 'Changed' label as well as the output, since no actual change has been made.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://test.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/en-CA/'
2. Start a Full Restoration Filing
3. On the Registered Office Addresses, click on the Same as Mailing Address Check box
4. Notice that the UI shows the Changed label under address even when no address change has been made.
5. Observe that the Output also shows the same.
