Search UI - use date range picker from connect layers once available

The current datepicker used in this codebase was implemented before we were using nuxt/ui and before nuxt/ui calendar was available. The datepicker is a common component across many projects so it will be rebuilt in the connect layers repo with the nuxt/ui calendar component.
Once that is ready it can be used in this codebase

Start by locating the current datepicker used by Search UI and review the connect layers repository once its shared date-range picker is available. Replace the existing datepicker with the nuxt/ui calendar-based component, then verify that Search UI still supports date-range selection.
