Filings UI - AGM Extension filing doesn't handle errors from API

Description
1. login to Dev
2. open an active corp
3. file a normal AGM Extension filing
4. start a second AGM Extension filing, for example with following values:
- first AGM = Yes
- extension granted = No
5. open DevTools
6. click File Now
7. observe that you are still on the filing page (no errors)
8. observe errors in DevTools console and network tabs:
