UI Design: Transition filing - share structure and articles updates and clarification

**Questions**
- Could the user be required to report an articles date (resolution passed or court order issued to change business information).
- Should we provide messaging telling the user to provide shares as they are in their memorandum
- Tell user how to request their business information (what is in their memorandum)
