Entities - Business Registration Analytics

Currently there are three dashboards to support reporting and insights on system usage and business activity:
1. Entities metrics (new business registration dashboard, developed by Entities/Vikas)

- Tracks the number of businesses registered in the modernized system
- Displays filing activity on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

- Shows metrics on companies migrating from the legacy system to the modernized system

This project is for expanding and enhancing these dashboards to better support decision-making, operational monitoring, and reporting needs.

Goals / Next Steps:
• Identify internal metrics required to make data-driven decisions
• Gather feedback from interested parties on current dashboards (e.g., are they meeting their needs?)
• Define new KPIs/metrics related to :
Business operations
Adoption trends
User behavior analytics
• Consolidate and align metrics across dashboards
• Implement filtering and drill-down capabilities
• Ensure consistency in data definitions and visual design
• Evaluate tools or platforms if current setup has limitations
• Plan for long-term ownership and maintenance

Key deliverables:
• Roadmap for dashboard improvements and additions
• Prioritized backlog of new features, reports, or refinements
• Approved design or data models (if major changes planned)
• Updated documentation on data sources, metrics, and usage
