BUG - Warning flags not included in main search screen

**Describe the bug in current situation**
The search screen of business and person search is not showing alerts anymore.

**Impact of this bug**
Clients who are expecting flags about company status such as 'Not in Good Standing' are no longer seeing these in the initial search screen.

**Pre Conditions: which Env, any pre-requesites or assumptions to execute steps?**
Log on to TEST as Staff or an end user. Select 'Business and Person Search'. Completed a search for 1086896. Review the results in the search screen to confirm there are no flags showing. Open the results for that search record to find that flags display on the subsequent search screen.

**Steps to Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to https://test.account.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/staff/dashboard/active
2. Logon (staff - IDIR or public using BC Services Card)
3. Select Business and Person Search from staff dashboard (staff) or the Business and Person Search tile (public)
4. Search for 1086896
