BRD: can't immediately add business after removing it

Description
1. login (staff or not, doesn't matter)
2. go to your BRD
3. copy the number of a business
4. remove the business from the BRD
5. search for the business
6. observe that it says "Added", so you cannot add it right away (but you can after you reload the page)
