Description
- [ ] When trying to amalgamate out in a jurisdiction other than the one for which consent was provided, the generic error message below pops up.
How To replicate:
- [ ] Create Consent for Amalgamation Out for Jurisdiction A.
- [ ] Start an Amalgamation Out for Jurisdiction B.
- [ ] Observe the error.

To Do List:
- [ ] The error which was defined before should read something like:
"You do not have consent to amalgamate in this jurisdiction, or you are outside of the approved amalgamation out period."
- [ ] We had this message in place before, and somehow we lost it.
