Description
### Summary
A dedicated queue will be created in the MHR system to allow registry analysts to access and review death transfer applications submitted by Qualified Suppliers (QS). The queue will display draft submissions requiring staff verification of uploaded documents (e.g., Form 28, probate grant). Staff can filter, sort, assign, and update the status of submissions (e.g., Approved, Rejected, Needs More Info). The system will support secure document access, audit logging, and internal notes to streamline processing and reduce manual handling of mailed applications.
### Workflow Summary
Staff will:
- Navigate to a queue of pending submissions
- Open a draft submission.
- Review the information and documents.
- Make a decision: Approve, Reject, or Request More Info.
- Update the submission status accordingly.
### UI Design Considerations
Should include:
- Columns for registration number, type, date, owner, status, and verification document.
- Ability to return to the same view after reviewing a submission.
- Option to toggle between standard and priority queues.
### Design Inspirations
The NameX Queue and Continuation-In Process Queue were referenced as models.
These systems allow staff to:
- See who is working on which file to avoid duplication.
- Assign or claim submissions for review.
- Prioritize based on urgency.
- View submission status (e.g., draft, in review, approved, rejected). Track progress and status.
