Sandbox - Affiliation & Delegation email notification issue

**Description**

When testing Affiliation and Delegation APIs in sandbox, we found:

Affiliation via Email: The API call for sending affiliation invitation succeeds, but the recipient email does not receive the notification.

Delegation: When a Vendor account sends a delegation request to a Law Firm account, the delegation request works well, but the associated Admin email does not receive any notification.
