DRS - Search filtering issue

- [ ] When a new record is created for the MHR Public Amendment by selecting the filing date as June 6th, and after completing the record submission, the record is not displayed in the DRS table by filtering by Document type and Filing date.

Filtering by doc type and filing date does not provide accurate result:

- The record is displayed by filtering with the DOC ID (which the user doesn't know until they find the record as the Doc ID is created upon filing the DRS record)
