UI/UX: Expand/Collapse Menus - Scroll to Anchor

- [ ] **Issue:** When I amend a section and click 'Done', the screen automatically jumps to the next section.

**Expected Behaviour:**
After clicking 'Done' on an amended item, the screen should remain in the same section so the user can review their changes before moving on.
