Remove text from Firms Staff Correction

- [ ] When proprietor data is corrected, remove any reference to a legal name change.
- [ ] Applies to SP's and GP's.
How to replicate:

- [ ] Select an active firm - SP or GP
- [ ] Start a Correction of Registration
- [ ] Navigate to the proprietor/partner
- [ ] Notice the text highlighted below.

Need to confirm with business if this is needed or needs to align with Corrections filing.
- The text is available on Alterations as well
- Check box in alterations filing was removed as part of Corrections change, do we need to add it back?
