Add comment log ability on EFT dashboard so items can be added in, for eg, when an EFT acct is locked due to overdue statements, when the client pays to unlock the acct via CC, it won’t show anywhere on the EFT dashboard and SBC FIN won’t see that payment. Sort of like a chat? But you cannot edit someone else's comments.
