Titles for Amendments

Titles for amendments have changed. Previously a client would select the amendment type they were completing, e.g. partial discharge, complete the amendment, and then receive an output labelled as a partial amendment. In the new system functionality is grouped into higher level buckets (amendment, discharge...) and then the output row is given a title based upon the action that was performed.

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by tracing the amendment type selection through the generated output row and compare the current title with the action performed. Done means the output title consistently identifies the amendment action, including partial and complete discharge cases.
