Description
**Describe the bug in the current situation**
When a user files for a new IA, then after a successful payment, the Business Dashboard shows the False status saying Payment Incomplete with a Resume payment Button
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'http://test.bcregistry.ca/business/auth/'
2. Loogin with BCREGA001
3. Start a new IA
4. Complete the payment.
5. See the error.
