Data Retrieval Investigation - example business summary

For an API user, if a business is affiliated with the API account, we know that the business summary can be retrieved.

Is it possible to retrieve the business summary for a given corp programatically even if an account is not affiliated to a business? Assuming this is possible at a cost via the search api. Need to do some quick investigation to see what’s possible.
