Description
**Describe the bug in the current situation**
While logged in as Staff, the Review API call is still pointing to openshift.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to 'https://dev.account.bcregistry.gov.bc.ca/staff/dashboard/active'
2. Log in as Staff
3. Open the Network Tab
4. Notice that the Review call is pointing to openshift.
