Entities - Incorporation application "filed by name" in COLIN references BCRDS number - bug?

Elizabeth from the business team reached out to OCM regarding added text to the "filed by name" in COLIN for two different entities.

In the above, Myla from Wilson, Rasmussen LLP, filed a company incorporation application. In the "filed by name" it references the firms BCRDS number (BCRSO 2250).

These application were filed through SoFi and paid for by the firms BC OnLine account. At first, I thought it was filed in BCRDS and this text was added when the data synchronized back to COLIN for reconciliation reasons. As it was filed through SoFi I don't think this could be the case. I also checked the transaction report on the firms BCRDS account and no transaction appears for any IA's on June 25th. We also don't refer to anything as "BCRSO" which makes me think the Myla added it, but I could be wrong.

The two BC incorporation numbers are: BC1545784 and BC1545778.

Could you please investigate this issue.
